WNBA Chicago Sky vs Connecticut Sun

WNBA Tuesday Night Chicago Sky vs Connecticut Sun Neither the Sun (0-2) nor the Sky (0-1) have fared well in the single-elimination games of the new playoff format; the Sun dropped second-round games (after a first round bye) in 2017 and 2018 and the Sky dropped its second-round game (also after a first-round bye) last season, when the Sun advanced to their first WNBA Finals.  The Sky and Sun split their regular season meetings with both games decided by single digits. The Sky were led by Allie Quigley (19 PPG), Cheyenne Parker (18.5 PPG) and Courtney Vandersloot (9.0 APG) against the Sun. WNBA Sunday Night Los Angeles Sparks vs Chicago Sky The Los Angeles Sparks and Chicago Sky are both headed to the playoffs, but each needs to start playing better than it's been of late in order to build some momentum for the postseason. Losers in two of three, the Sparks try to hand the Sky a third consecutive defeat on Sunday night at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. WNBA Friday Night Washington Mystics vs Chicago Sky The Mystics and Sky are meeting for the second time in the Bubble. In their first matchup on the season back in August, the Sky won in a close 88-96 game. Ariel Atkins and Aerial Powers led the charge with 24 and 20 points respectively. Chicago had 5 players score in double-digits and were able to outscore Washington in three quarters. This matchup will be a bit different as the Mystics are without Powers due to season-ending hamstring injury and without Essence Carson and Shey Peddy due to roster changes.
